- The secret to a perfect scented candle is a simple set of materials: wax, fragrance, a wick and a container. Which is why we couldn't understand that it was so hard to buy a candle that simply smelled and looked great and didn't cost too much. We discovered the reason was an archaic, complex industry: one with incentives to use cheap materials, and short-term, profit-driven design decisionsat the expense of quality. So we started Keap to make candles better: a return to a pure product made with the best materials availablenothing more, nothing less. Well almost! We saw one thing missing: making a difference in our global community. So we partnered with our friends at SolarAid to distribute solar lamps to people living outside of the electrical grid.
