Weddings, corporate events, holiday parties and everything in between - no event is too big or too small, CaterBid will connect you with a great caterer for them all. Traditionally, when planning an event, you're faced with the time-consuming challenge of having to research multiple venues, review an overwhelming list of menu options, and endure seemingly endless negotiation to ensure you're getting the best value. CaterBid's platform aims to make this process simple, fun, and cost effective by not only bringing caterers to you, but then having them bid for your business. On CaterBid you'll be able to visit all the caterers in our directory within a specified radius of where you intend on hosting your event. Our directory is filled with venue photos, menus, and any additional information that you might need to make your event a huge success. CaterBid's rating system enables you to select bids with confidence. Once you select the criteria for your party, caterers in the area compete for your business by trying to outperform one another's prices, while you sit back and relax. And the best part - this service is absolutely FREE to use.CaterBid handles all of the details for our catering partners as well. Not only does the venue receive a complimentary web presence with exposure to millions of potential events, but once an event is won on CaterBid, we ensure a smooth transaction by collecting the signed event agreement and initial deposit on behalf of the caterer. So planning a party at the right place for the best price is only a few keystrokes away.
