• The AROV Organization has at its core two primary objectives. Our business is that of improving education functionality, delivery and performance in schools across the globe. We find that the primary reason results suffer is a lack of creativity, community, clearly defined focus, well-expressed expectations and an untapped inspiration. We are masters of electrifying a school by refocusing its staff and re-branding its focus. Too often schools and staff fall into familiarity and comfort, regardless of the efficiency of leadership or the skill set of its staff. Bringing in our AROV consultants, or having us create unique products for your school helps drive new energy into the milieu of a school. It also allows us to operate as an intermediate between staff and leadership so that best practices can be established and mutual expectations can be expressed in a comfortable, encouraging manner. After all, we are built on the premise of self actualization, and we wish to help schools maximize their potential because we feel it positively impacts the students, which in turn strengthens society. With that stated, although education fortification is our business, social promotion is our goal. An a non-profit organization, we invest all proceeds into offering free workshops in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, nutrition and career management. It is quite common for students to be told they can be anything they want to be in life; many of us heard it in school. It is a beautiful message, but how many of us actually receive guidance in actualizing out dreams? We believe through teaching investment strategy, business literacy, dietary fundamentals and career guidance, we can help people take flickering hopes and turn them into passionate pursuits. Thus, our business fuels our mission.
