Get Full AccessDescription
- The challenges facing our children are daunting. Raising the quality and outcomes in education is critical to the success of our society. Success in school is linked to greater opportunities in life. One of the most effective practices used today to lead children towards their highest potential by bolstering academic performance, creativity, social & emotional aptitude and wellbeing is mindfulness. We are Inner Explorer and we help children and their future by providing to schools programs and tools that inspires a daily mindfulness practice. Mindfulness helps teach children how to redirect their attention, how to become more aware of themselves, their bodies, and their emotions, especially during times of biological upheaval and brain growth, we are providing valuable tools for them to navigate both school and life. If learned young, there is a better chance that the behaviors will become an integral part of who they are and will inform their choices in constructive, creative, and healthy ways.
