- Moro Performance provides sport specific training, personal training, fitness memberships, preventative maintenance, performance assessments, and a mobile gym to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of Mequon and the surrounding greater Milwaukee area. Our 4,000 square foot facility is located adjacent to Body Activation and a functional neurology and chiropractic office, Functional Restoration. The combination of these three companies provides a one-stop shop for all of your training and rehabilitation needs, and is named the North Shore Performance Alliance. Moro Performance is large enough to host small team training on our 35-yard artificial turf while still comfortably accommodating other athletes and gym members in the other parts of our facility including five Olympic weight lifting platforms, squat racks and other training equipment. Moro Performances CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit Celer Silens Mortalis, challenges members to go from better to best, inspiring them to compete and succeed at the highest levels. Our CrossFit program is a group-based strength and conditioning program, mirroring those used by police academies, military special operations units and thousands of elite and professional athletes worldwide.
