Shelden Architecture

Description

• I founded Shelden Architecture, Inc., in 2002 because I wanted to build a firm where clients are comfortable enough to share their ideas and designers listen, where continual learning is encouraged and desired, where creative minds work together to find the best solutions, where life and work is fun, and most importantly, where spaces are truly inspired. Id like to invite you to our world of design, to take an incredible journey with us. If you have been contemplating a new building project or renovation, we encourage you to take advantage of the current construction climate. At this time, most contractors are willing to lower their profit margin in order to put themselves in the best possible position to win a job. Further, the cost of building materials has declined due to the fall in commodity prices. Real estate is also the buyers market. If you have the financial means, this is an ideal time to move forward.Since its founding, Shelden Architecture has designed a wide variety of building types, including retail centers, medical clinics, financial institutions, office buildings, educational facilities, churches, and private residences. Even amidst this diversity of projects, we have made a name for ourselves by our follow-through, high quality results, fresh ideas, and for breathing new life into the landscape of the region through the buildings we design. We are a team of professional learners, fearless explorers, friendly competitors, and practical dreamers, who can take you through your new building project. We love what we do, and we dont try to hide it. We study our clients and eagerly engage their participation throughout every phase of the design process. In fact, we fully recognize that our work isnt about us. Were here for you inspired by you.
