• The JOHN LAW FIRM PC was initially founded by Johannes M Ploeg, a California Tax Attorney, along with his wife Hien Dao Ploeg, a licensed IRS Enrolled Agent. Because of close ties to the State of Georgia, Johannes and Hien teamed up with James C. Brown, an experienced Georgia attorney since 1979. Jim Brown and Johannes (John) Ploeg opened an office in Lawrenceville, Georgia that provides legal services in nearly all areas of the law. Recently, Kyle L. Peiter joined the firm as a litigation attorney focusing on personal injury cases. We have achieved extraordinary results due to our unique skill set which includes extensive knowledge of insurance law and coverage as well as a comprehensive understanding of the United States Tax Code. The team, consisting of three attorneys and three paralegals pride themselves on being intensely focused on solving our clients' most important problems. We are experienced in the fields of personal injury, tax law, bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, contracts, DUI, landlord tenant law, and immigration. Our Firm utilizes the most current and advanced sources of legal research in order to provide our clients with effective representation. We have both Spanish speaking and Vietnamese speaking staff to assists our clients who do not speak English. We limit the number of cases that we take so that we can provide personal service to each and every client.
