• LeSar Development Consultants (LDC) provides a full range of consulting services primarily to clients involved in creating physically and economically sustainable communities. Services are grouped into three core areas: Public Policy and Planning, Real Estate Technical Services and Portfolio Management and Administration. Public Policy and Planning Department:*Provides services around affordable housing planning and policy development; program development and implementation; research on federal, state and local resources; and stakeholder process planning and management.Real Estate Technical Services Department:*Works with senior redevelopment and affordable housing managers and their teams in public agencies providing redevelopment and affordable housing funding to developers*Provides overall strategic planning and structuring advice for new developments and work-outs, and provides on-going project management; and multi-use, multi-family and single-family loan underwriting services.Portfolio Management and Administration:*Works with disposition and asset management staff of city and county redevelopment and housing agencies and provides asset and portfolio analysis and the development of work-out and re-financing strategies.*Provides comprehensive systems development for the long-term management of affordable housing loan portfolios.
