The idea has been from the very beginning to create a natural process when it comes to networking while creating a strong presence in the community. Giving back has been a primary focus because as tomorrows business leaders we need to set an example for others to follow. Working with individuals that have something in common and have a desired need to watch each other succeed has been the reason The Elite OC has been successful. The Elite OC has created a society for young professionals and entrepreneurs to come together to share ideas and ultimately build business relationships. Many people who have joined are tired of traditional networking and feel that they are meeting the same people and not really building meaningful relationships with people they enjoy working with. The mixers are meant to get people out of their work environments and into a positive atmosphere where they can meet others who can help build their business.
