We are an 8(a) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firm focused on providing the highest level of value to our customers. Founder, Dr. Scott Chaplin is an alumnus of two of the Big 4 accounting firms and brings that experience to GenTechs client base. Established in April 2005, we help public sector clients align themselves for improved program and administrative effectiveness and efficiency. We are an award-winning provider of business solutions to the Federal Government. Our services are organized in four areas: Financial Solutions, Change Management & Learning Solutions, Program Management Office (PMO) Support, and Technology Solutions. Since its inception, our team has supported the Federal Government on dozens of highly effective projects. Some of our clients include the Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS), Missile Defense Agency, OSD-Comptroller, DoD Inspector General, Department of Navy, Department of the Army, Department of the Air Force, Veterans Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
