    Description

    • Caring for Miami is a non-profit 501c3 faith based organization. It has grown to include four locations, serving the Downtown, Redland, North Miami and Homestead communities. Its mission is to connect resources and volunteers to the under- resourced and hurting of Miami-Dade County. At Caring for Miami we work to transition men and women, in Downtown Miami-Dade, out of homelessness. The North Miami and Homestead Centers reaches pregnant women providing them with free services including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and prenatal care. The Redland Center reaches migrant families who find themselves in great hardship. Our Mobile Healthcare unit provides care to the uninsured of our community.
