- OPCA is a cutting-edge non-profit membership association, founded in 1984.Our members are Oregon's 32 community health centers - aka Federally Qualified Health Centers, or FQHCs - and those who support them. Our mission: Lead the transformation of primary care to achieve health equity for all.At OPCA, efforts are appreciated and accomplishments are celebrated. We seek to diversify our staff; candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply for any of our job openings.
