Our company is currently looking for a reliable and dependable Registered Nurse with Home Health background to perform home visits and start of care for newly admitted patients specifically in the Solano county. We are expanding in that area. The main office will be located in Fremont but a satellite office will be in the Fairfield area. We are looking for a team player open to learn and collaborate with other discipline for a good patient outcome. Familiar with DeVero system is a plus. Looking for either per visit or full time position for RN/LVN. Our covered areas are Marin, Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Sonoma, Solano and Napa. Willing to train for the right candidate. Seriously looking for all clinicians in the Solano County/Contra Costa County.
