• Founded in 2015, Washed Ashore Adornments crafts jewelry that is inspired by founder Larada Lamsams love for the ocean. All of our jewelry is made in Los Angeles. Our jewelry is casted in the heart of downtown LAs jewelry district, while the assembly and wire-wrapping is done in our studio in Manhattan Beach, CA. Washed Ashore Adornments brings the treasures of the sea to you, while giving back to the ocean by introducing a sustainable and innovative technique with our seashell and pearl accessories. Our jewelry is made using the technique of cold-molding actual seashells. The wax molds are then casted into metal. This process of cold-molding is more eco-conscious than mass collecting organic matters from the sea that are already scarce. The pearls used by Washed Ashore Adornments are cultured pearls that are imperfect, thus they are often overlooked by most manufacturers. Instead of disregarding these pearls, we make pendants out of them, boasting their unique look and individual beauty. We offer an array of designs for men, women, and children of all ages. Washed Ashore Adornments is also proud to be a certified green business practicing environmentally conscious operations at our headquarters. Washed Ashore Adornments hopes to bring awareness of ocean and marine life conservancy by providing souvenirs of the sea to those who find their love and sanctuary in the deep blue.
