Mr. Robb started Sirius in 2007 with the vision of becoming the premium technical service provider to MSFC.Vic Alfaro has 19 years experience at SSC and MSFC. While at SSC he led the development of information system solutions for SSME processing. Two years ago he moved to MSFC where he developed business solutions and has recently taken the role of Constellation Support Office SE&I Initial Capabilities Tools development lead. Truman Carroll has nine years experience leading the development of custom business information solutions for many of MSFCs programs & projects. He recently joined the Ares First Stage Element to implement its Earned Value Management program.
