We conduct group fitness classes for corporate America, churches, schools, and community groups. We also provide one-on-one personal training, basic nutrition consulting, fitness assessment and goal-setting, and fitness facility design consulting. The OohRah team is dedicated to giving individuals the tools needed to achieve fitness today, health for life. OohRah Fitness was founded on the principle of helping people to live better, healthier, more fully, and with more energy. Healthy living through exercise and good nutrition is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet or exercise plan, and it needs to be learned and then supported over time.
