The Kitchen Restaurant Group, co-founded by Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk, is a family of restaurants focused on real food simply prepared, with an emphasis on strengthening the local food economy. The Kitchen Community, also co-founded by Matheson and Musk, is a nonprofit organization that builds Learning Gardens to provide real food education and access to children. Square Roots, co-founded by Kimbal Musk and Tobias Peggs, is an urban farming accelerator headquartered in Brooklyn, NY.
