We design and deliver quality finished metal goods to businesses and individual consumers who demand high quality, cost efficient products and manufacturing solutions.We develop a 3-D model using Solidworks computer modeling software. We design components and assemblies based around manufacturing processes such as CNC Plasma for sheet, plate, pipe, and tube cutting. We also have TIG/MIG welding capabilities for nearly all types of metal. Fixturing and assembly jigs are often integrated in the projects design. Once shop drawings are complete, part files are sent to the machines responsible for cutting and forming raw metal. Todays advanced software and robotic technology has made it easier to process raw metal. This has allowed for less expensive prototyping and low volume manufacturing with fast turn-around while maintaining accuracy and repeatability. Processed metal is cleaned, de-burred, and prepped for welding or assembly. We typically incorporate slots and tabs in our joinery to aid in fast, accurate assembly while minimizing distortion during the welding process.
