This idea is very costly, usually costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. Spending this amount of working capital on cement is not a feasible solution when having to patch and replace a few years later. We provide an Earth friendly, cost effective solution, that we apply to the dirt and/or gravel roads in and around construction sites. This application prevents the formation of dust clouds for months. Also the product can be mixed into the aggregate, with a road grader, 4-6 inch depth, then rolled with a smooth wheeled vibratory roller. This type of application, creates a road surface resembling a dark brown colored asphalt. The surface is able to bare the tensile strength several times that of conventional concrete, resulting in a side by side comparison with a strongman wielding a Sledge hammer. Simply using a Road Grader, Water Truck, and Roller two operators can build a road 20'x1 mile per day. Our product is 100% Environmentally friendly, with pricing at an average of 12.5% that of conventional asphalt pricing, and 4.35% the average cost of concrete.
