• OMPA is the champion of Oregons film, television and digital storytelling industry. Our members are the core of our states production resources. We grow Oregons industry by promoting the work of these members and advocating for them in state and local governments. We have a history of advocacy, articulating our value to key audiences to national professionals and government. Through Source Oregon and other communication instruments and promotions, we provide national exposure for our members. We contribute to Oregon's culture of creativity as a green and economically powerful 21st Century industry that fuels desperately needed jobs and tax revenues. The key strength of OMPA is its network, representing every facet of media production throughout the state. OMPA members are Oregon's media production community, known for its spirit of fellowship and solidarity. A growing membership, plus strong ties with city, county, state and labor officials, trade relationships throughout Oregon, and increasing acknowledgment among national companies that Oregon is both a creative and a technology mecca, have allowed OMPA to promote the talent that makes Oregon uniquely suited to solve the problems of media production, while at the same time fostering the industry that supports the business.
