• FLIGHT ELITE AAU Basketball is Wisconsin's premier grassroots basketball program for highly talented and dedicated youth players.How can FLIGHT ELITE help getting exposure?Our national level of success has afforded FLIGHT ELITE invitations to the most exclusive tournaments in the country. FLIGHT ELITE is the ONLY club in the state of Wisconsin that is invited and attends the major DI & DII college viewing tournaments such as Boo Williams NIKE Invitational in April, NIKE Battle in the Boro and NIKE National Championship in July. Exposure, visibility and advanced development are the key elements in our program. We have cultivated a tremendous relationship with over 100 colleges and coaches and they enjoy watching FLIGHT ELITE play.Winning the 2014 NIKE National Championship and placing runner-up at the AAU National Championship in 2013 thrust FLIGHT ELITE into the National spotlight and it is a position we do not intend to relinquish. It is our intention that every player is afforded the opportunity of a scholarship possibility. We spend many hours contacting colleges through phone calls, letters and emails and cultivating relationships so that every player is given an opportunity to be seen by the colleges. We believe in development and EXPOSURE!Club Philosophy FLIGHT ELITE is quickly being recognized as Wisconsin's most efficient club to improve the skills of basketball players. Through our program, we intend to develop not only basketball skills, but also individual character, morals, and physical and mental fitness. We support the development of important lifelong core values of teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, personal discipline, time management, honesty, respect and community. FLIGHT ELITE is based out of Fox Valley, but attracts players from all over the state, including Milwaukee, Madison, Ladysmith, Onalaska, Rice Lake, Seymour, Kimberly, De Pere, Luxemburg-Casco, Hortonville, Waupun, Sheboygan, Oshkosh and many more!
