Bill has also conducted workshops and has been a guest lecturer for the University of California at Davis, The University of San Francisco, California State University at Chico, Campaigns and Elections Magazine, The Initiative & Press Seminars, and The Coalition for Adequate School Housing. Bill has also conducted long-term seminars on campaigning and coalition building in emerging democracies such as Ukraine and Albania on behalf of the National Democratic Institute.
