From a commercial litigation perspective, our team takes on a select number of cases domestically and internationally each year. Our main focus is to ensure that our partner law firms have efficient and creative ways to source capital. Our borrowers are strongly positioned plaintiff-side litigation firms that have growing practices looking to increase their docket size thereby increasing the pool of receivables that serves as collateral for the loans. We perform all aspects of loan due diligence including deep-dive reviews of existing case collateral, and financial and operating history of the firm and its principals applying strict underwriting standards.
