• Walker Landscape is a landscape consultancy experienced with providing a wide range of services to both public and private sector clients. Including landscape architecture, design, and project management. Director, Claire Walker is a registered landscape architect with a depth of experience in design and construction management. She has particular experience in the design of large scale gardens, public open space and ecological restoration. Claire was involved in the St Johns College Cemetery project which received a 'Silver' in the NZILA Pride of Place Awards, Institutional Design Category, 2006. She had a key role in the design and management of the long term ecological restoration of riparian corridors for the 100ha Barry Curtis Park in Flat Bush, Auckland. Claire was the lead landscape architect for the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, for the International Buddhist Trust of New Zealand, in Botany Downs, Auckland. Claire was one of the lead landscape architects in the development of stage 1 and 2 Dong Jiao Villas, Shanghai. This unique high end residential development features exclusive and extensive gardens, constructed streams with pools and cascades and a wider shared landscape. She was also a key member in the team developing Fogang Hotsprings Resort and Village in 2010. This involved concept design for an exclusive hotspring spa resort development and associated residential executive homes in Fogang, China.
