- Fare Foods, based in the heart of the Midwest, is the Number One full-service amusement food and concession supplies provider in the U.S. With warehouses located in Du Quoin, IL & Tampa, FL, the homes of Illinois and Floridas largest state fairs, we pride ourselves on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.Fare Foods has the capability to deliver on site for any carnival, fair, festival, show, or race. Our fleet of semi-trucks will help ensure that we will have your order filled, on the grounds, before the fair opens. Our Mission:To be of service and remain loyal to our original customers, the traveling concessionaire: Fare Foods was founded to serve the concessionaire industry and will always remain focused on the original mission. We will not seek other markets to increase sales. To put service over profit at times when our loyal and full service customers need us: Fare Foods must operate soundly and make wise business decisions to survive. However we understand we serve a customer who operates in very unpredictable environments with limited storage and hectic schedules. When possible, we will serve our loyal and full service customers in emergency situations without regard to profit/lossTo recruit, train, and develop employees who understand and have a passion for the traveling concessionaire: Fare Foods employs former concessionaires and values their expertise and knowledge. Our employees that have not worked in the industry spend time training with those that have, as well as our customers to understand their unique needs.To provide our employees with an exciting work environment with fair compensation, benefits, and opportunities to advance and develop: Fare Foods asks and expects our employees to be loyal and dedicated to the company and the customer and we understand we must be just as dedicated to them.
