(2) Streamline internal operations for maximum efficiency and productivity while implementing cost-savings systems to decrease expenses and increase ROI for property owners. (3) Maintain the highest and most ethical standards in the industry, exceeding the demands of both property owners and tenants. TS Properties is the professional in-house maintenance division of Acropolis Management Inc. It provides expert emergency and non-emergency repairs at a substantial savings to clients. The full-service maintenance division is also skilled at major and minor renovations. This includes: preparing properties for lease, upgrading plumbing and electrical, installation of flooring, cabinets, appliance, and more. Our Team: Acropolis Management Inc. employs highly skilled, bi-lingual personnel with impressive records of serving our clients. Office Staff: 17 years average experience Property Managers: 12 years average experience Maintenance Crew: 20 years average experience Tom Sosa (President and Owner of Acropolis Management Inc.) has nearly 3 decades in the real estate sales, brokerage, and property management industry. He holds a license with the California Department of Real Estate and is a long-time resident of Ventura County.
