One year later, the firm added two partners to form Baggs, Carroll & Stark. In 1979, the firms name was changed to Beaufort Engineering Services, Inc. and was then incorporated. In 2000, William Walter Bolton became a partner of BES and then full owner in 2006. Today, Mr. Bolton serves as the President/CEO managing all day to day operations of the firm. Our mission is to build long-term client loyalty by providing the highest level of professional expertise with an emphasis on developing personal relationships.
