• Established in 1995, in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and founded as Oliver-Rhoads & Associates by Mr. Barry Rhoads and Mr. Dean Oliver as a full service consulting engineering firm, with the intent to provide superior quality services at all levels. The firm was started from a ground-zero concept, in that no attempt was made to bring clientele from their former employers. The firm added two partners; Mr. Tim Little and Mr. Tony Gipson to complement the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm.In October 2012 Mr. Dean Oliver, Mr Tim Little, and Mr. Tony Gipson completed a buyout with Mr. Barry Rhoads, who left the firm to pursue other opportunities. The decision was made in July 2013 to re-brand the firm as Oliver Little Gipson Engineering. The entire staff at Oliver Little Gipson Engineering has had multiple project experience and very large project experience gained while working at large Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and NASA bases.Oliver Little Gipson Engineering has been in involved in many large complex projects since its inception; most notably a very large Data Center in Europe demonstrating the ability of the staff to respond across international and cultural boundaries.
