The programs are more effective and less costly than working with a nutritionist or personal trainer, with an emphasis on building skills and education to empower people to continually deepen their personal wellness journey. Programs are available in-person (DC Metro area), remotely via Skype or phone, or online through participatory e-courses. The most popular program is six single hour meetings over approximately three months, meeting once every other week.
