Disposal of Solid Biological Waste: With the Caustic Digester (aka Tissue Digester) PRI uses known technology with design refinements to dissolve solid biological waste. An alkaline hydrolysis process at elevated temperature is used to convert biological waste into a sterile, homogenous liquid for safe and easy discharge.
