• The Litigation Avoidance Service is a managed service. Organizations pay a monthly subscription fee for the service. No capital expenditure is required.A Records Management and Retention Policy will be drafted and customized for the organization. This policy is designed to establish rules to allow the organization to be protected by the Safe Harbor provisions of the FRCP. This Policy also contains a Litigation Hold Process. A Litigation Hold is a court order requiring a company to preserve all data that may relate to a legal action involving the organization. It is critical that an organization have a policy and process in place to ensure compliance with any court ordered Litigation Hold.The Litigation Avoidance service is designed to move traditional eDiscovery services inside the organization. An eDiscovery appliance will be installed on the organizations network and managed by secure remote connection.
