Get Full AccessDescription
- Founded in 2004, SCOUT by Bungalow is an active and casual lifestyle accessories brand inspired by co-owners Ben and Deb Johns and the life theyve created with a family of 4 kids and 4 dogs in the Washington, DC neighborhood of Georgetown. Known for its vibrantly colored patterns with hints of irreverence and whimsy, the SCOUT brand of products combines fashion, function, and fun and includes an extensive line-up of durable tote bags, bins, coolers, accessories, and more. SCOUT is best-known for the bag that started it all, the Original Deano. Made from a coated woven material, the Deano has developed a cult following among consumers for its lightweight, water resistant, no-maintenance construction. Since the brands inception, this fabric has been adapted and expanded for use as coolers, storage items and more, resulting in over 400 multipurpose items for every season. SCOUT is sold in over 1,750 independent specialty stores nationwide as well as online at http://www.scoutbags.com/.
