- Kappus Plastic Company, Inc. was founded in July 1970 in Flemington, New Jersey, by the late Paul J. Kappus, Sr. In 1978, the manufacturing plant was relocated to Hampton, New Jersey, where it remains owned and operated by members of the Kappus family. As a custom manufacturer of calendered rigid vinyl sheets and rolls, we take pride in offering our customers high-quality print material and the service expected from a company that values each of its customers. As a custom manufacturer, we offer custom service, custom products and custom color matching to meet your requirements. We manufacture the following custom calendered rigid vinyl products for companies in the plastic printing industry: Whites & blacks Colors Clears Stress colors Transparents Fluorescent opaques Fluorescent edge-glows Metallics All of our products are available in matte/matte sheets or rolls, thicknesses beginning at .010 (10mils). The primary users of our sheets and rolls are plastic printing companies (silk screen, off-set, hot-stamp, etc.) that manufacture items such as: Identification cards Composite cards Credit cards Jewelry tags Membership cards Promotional products In addition, our customers also heat seal, thermoform, press polish and laminate photographs and plaques.
