Construction Administration and Management is an important part of BCAs practice as it relates to the oversight and administration of contractors performing repairs to historic property.We are experienced in advocacy related to obtaining local (Landmark Commission), and state (SHPO) approvals as well as developing applications for historic preservation tax credits under NPS jurisdiction. BCA has created a software solution (CPTools) to assist building managers maintain their historic property, allowing scheduling, work orders and documents associated with building history, alterations and repairs.
