- DEVIL DOG CONCEPTS, LLC was created in 2013 by former United States Marine Corps Sergeants, Camaron Hillman and Bob (Charp) Charpinsky, the Training Director for the New York Tactical Officers Association (NYTOA). Camaron and Charp, are Combat Veterans of the Iraq War and currently serve their community as Police Officers and active S.W.A.T. Operators. Through continuous training and their over 25 years of combined experience, they understand the need for any Operator, in any environment, to continuously improve his capabilities. They understand that training is first and foremost the best way to improve ones capabilities. Second to this, is the Operators equipment. One training day and one too many slips and smacks to the nose, an idea was formed and Devil Dog Concepts was created.
