We are also licensed by the State Plumbing Board of Louisiana and the Mechanical Boards in the Greater New Orleans area. Ben Gootee is the sole owner of Gootee Construction, Inc. Our staff members are professionals who are actively involved in many of the construction industrys associations and boards. Gootee employees serve as officers, advisers and teachers to many of these associations.
