Factory produces all kinds of rubber tracks, rubber pads and other undercarriage parts. Our factory covers an area of 250,000 square feet and currently has over 20 rubber track production lines and 6 track pads production lines with over one hundred sets of manufacture equipments. Our vertical facility handles all manufacturing processes in house - from mixing the rubber compound, rubber coating the metal teeth, and winding the belted cable to vulcanization and quality testing of the finished product. Together with the well-equipped quality system, factory becomes an integrative industrial zone for production of all kinds of rubber tracks and rubber pads. The factory annual output can achieve to 100 000 pcs of rubber tracks and rubber pads. Among all 500+ employees in factory, there are more than 100 of them are professional technicians for different production fields, more than 80% of then have get related technical certificates.
