The firm was founded on January 3, 1983 in Sidney, Ohio by four local, experienced attorneys: Harry Faulkner, John Garmhausen, Ralph Keister, and Jim Shenk. Over the past 30 years, the firm has grown substantially. FGKS currently has office locations in Sidney, Fort Loramie, Piqua, and Minster, Ohio and employs 14 attorneys.
