• The Latina Global Executive Leadership Program (LGELP) is an intensive, innovative 8 - month immersion program with the following purpose and objectives:Program Purpose The purpose of the program, which embraces the principles used in Harvards groundbreaking Authentic Leadership Development (ALD) program is to enable Latina professionals to prepare themselves to become leaders of organizations and to embark on paths of personal leadership development.
