• Founded in 2013, bcause, LLC develops and provides Internet-based global financial market solutions for the rapidly growing digital currency ecosystem. Our initial focus is on reducing the risk associated with holding bitcoin. This will result in more transparent price discovery and reduce fluctuations in the day to day value of bitcoin. This in turn will make bitcoin a more viable currency and store of value. The bcause Trading Platform members can trade option contracts denominated in multiple digital currencies and traditional world fiat currencies. Our initial launch allows our business and consumer members to trade limit and market orders of Call and Put options denominated in bitcoin and US dollars. Our plan is to expand the trading platform to include other types or orders as well as other digital and fiat currencies. Our initial launch consists of a gamified version of the option trading platform that educates our members on the function of the trading platform and trading digital currency options. It also allows us to extensively test and evaluate our design. This version also allows us to engage with, develop and educate our customer market, before engaging in live trading of options. The gamified portion of the system will remain a strategic part of the platform to continue to educate the market as well as test and validate changes to the platform.
