- Welcome to Art and Frames! We are a professional custom picture framing business home-based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We also sell Art from local Artists and Brazilian Artists. About the founder; I am a mom, artist, picture framer, business owner, project coordinator and contractor for the corporate world. I am a native Brazilian and that is the main reason I want to share with you the colors, texture and energy of this vibrant country. I have been living in Minnesota for over fifteen years and I call it home. I love art in any way, shape, and form. Picture framing is my tribute to other artists. I like to preserve and respect pieces that are important to people. From your daughters first masterpiece to your grandmas embroidery, your best friends college art work, or that picture you bought at the State Fair last year. If is valuable to you, it is worth protecting and displaying. So, give me call and I will help you hang what you love!
