- Even Field® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, character education organization founded by former ESPN Radio host Chuck Wilson. Its mission is to cultivate character, integrity and ethical leadership through sports. Our Peer Into Character® programs feature athletes, coaches, and others of all ages, who share experiences from sports that have helped them in life. We share these stories, observations, and life lessons through our speakers, forums, videos, and our awards program. They provide insight and perspective, as we engage and interact with young people and adults, on topics involving character, integrity, and core values.In our first 3-years, we have made 70+ presentations to approximately 8,500 people, delivering our The Way You Win Matters® message to high school and middle school coaches, administrators, parents, team captains, and student-athletes; sports organizations, community groups, and youth leadership conferences throughout New England.
