• BrainFlex Wellness Club is a place where seniors can link arms together in the fight against dementia. Whether you simply want to gather with other seniors to strengthen your brain and body or maybe there have been several reoccurring issues that have caused you to become concerned, BrainFlex Wellness club has a place for you. BrainFlex is based on four key concepts, that research supports, if applied together, have the potential to deter the progression of dementia. These concepts are Brain Training, Brain Nutrition, Exercise and Socialization. We offer 2 sessions each day, each session is 4 hours and includes all 4 concepts. BrainFlex sessions are held Monday through Friday and both morning and afternoon sessions are available. Members are encouraged to attend at least 2 sessions a week, however may attend more if they would like, and may even attend both sessions in one day*. BrainFlex may also be considered as a modified day program for those that would rather not to be home alone but would prefer to stay engaged throughout the day in brain healthy activities with other seniors.
