• Fit Fighters Fitness is not your typical fitness organization. We provide significant improvements to existing corporate vitality programs with our unique brand of wellness. We do this through a high-intensity, strength and endurance building workout utilizing boxing fundamentals. We begin every class by first building the team with personal introductions. We encourage moral and motivational support in order to create trust between classmates and instructors. Class then transitions into a different warm-up from session to session. During workouts, contact is on punching bags or hand-mitts with an instructor. Coaching always ends with core-training. We offer group classes and one-on-one personal training sessions to meet individual needs. Our clientele is a diverse group comprised of men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Our highly mobile business allows us to rapidly establish training sessions in any facility, indoors or outdoors, and requires no more than 800 square feet of space. Cardiovascular boxing is a fun and challenging approach to physical fitness as well as being a safe and effective form of stress relief. We aim to provide easy access for your employees in order to springboard or maintain a healthy fitness regimen.
