- Women Veteran Social Justice is a social impact company utilizing education and technology with the mission to Identify, Connect, and Empower Women Veterans through civic, social, professional and personal connections utilizing electronic and live networking across communities, States, and the world. Technology and collaboration have been tools to firmly anchor and connect an otherwise invisible nation of women with military service. Our organization recognizes the challenges and barriers along with the tremendous success we experience. It is our intention to stand as a call to action, to eliminate reintegration problems and raise the nationally recognized Hero Level to that of our true veteran status. Special Areas of Consideration: Equal access to VA care and services for women veterans Military Sexual Trauma (MST) policy changes and services VA services and education Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Suicide Prevention and Family Education Alternative therapeutic health modalities (such as Healing Arts Programs) Managing financial risks of serving General Life Skills Navigating through the VA system Preparing for permanent housing Personal and Medical Advocacy Skills Scheduling and life planning Community exploration and engagement Personal responsibility and the political process Utilizing technology for professional advancement and enrichment Diversity post-service employment and business opportunities
