• PRS LLC Dialysis (Pick Renal Services) is a privately owned company that was founded in 2007 by brothers Mark and Eli Pick. With a combined 70 years in Long Term Care (LTC) experience, the Picks sought to fill a gap in providing high quality dialysis services for LTC patients having End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) that ends the need for travel in and out of facilities. We provide medically complex residents with ESRD the convenient option of dialyzing in their home setting. Through collaboration, we strive to combine technology, age appropriate care and compassion to effect positive clinical outcomes that reduce illness and enhance well-being. PRS LLC works to return patients back to community dialysis providers upon their discharge from the skilled nursing home setting with increased stabilization. Our team includes: Experienced, Licensed Dialysis RNs and Technicians who are CPR and AED certified and are present throughout the entire treatment, Renal Dietitians, Renal Social Workers and Board Certified Nephrologists, who partner with us.Current LTC partners are located in Chicago, IL and the surrounding region. Our care exceeds state and federal regulations and standards of dialysis facilities. Treatments are performed around the residents LTC therapy schedule. Comprehensive care planning is offered. Focused communication ensures continuity of care between the LTC facility and PRS LLC Dialysis. We are the provider of choice for dialysis services within LTC settings.
