• The Door is a creative relations agency constructed as an idea house, with a focus on building important, viable brands through diverse initiatives. Headquartered in NYC with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, & New Orleans with clients doing business in major markets including Washington, D.C. & Miami. Our staff has a wide range of talents & expertise from F&B, celebrity personalities & hospitality to crisis management, consumer products & entertainment/media entities. Whether its a digital app, restaurant, sommelier, baker, book, mobile app, magazine, TV show, or a non-profit organization, we enjoy being behind it. We work to evolve companies, not just publicize them. The Door's first clients were TV host/chef Rachael Ray and music icon Michael Jackson. Since then, the company has grown to represent a diverse roster of TV, music and food/lifestyle and hospitality notables including HGTV stars Drew and Jonathan Scott (The Property Brothers), fashion models Gigi Hadid and Devon Windsor, ABT Principal Ballerina Isabella Boylston, mega-restaurateur Stephen Starr, Chef John Besh, Rachael Rays Feedback music festival, Thompson Hotels, Graduate Hotels, and newly launched CPG products, DO, Tio Gazpacho and Late July. Culinary clients include Gotham Bar & Grill, The Little Beet, Quality Branded, La Sirena, Indian Accent, One Off Hospitality and BOKA Restaurant Group in Chicago. Prior to starting The Door, Najarian O'Neill headed the press departments of Epic Records and J Records and held roles as Executive Vice President at two venerable PR institutions Susan Blond, Inc and Dan Klores Communications. Dougiello was the Director of Publicity for Rachael Ray at Kingworld Productions and personal publicist for television personality and culinary superstar Rachael Ray. He also served as Vice President at Dan Klores Communications, Senior Account Executive at The Lippin Group and Spot News Reporter for the Dow Jones Newswires.
