His experience includes 10 years as a Public Works Sup and 15 years as a manager and principal in Collection System Rehab Companies. In 2004, Bob formed Thul Specialty Contracting, Inc. Since our inception, we have worked hard to gain the respect and trust of our municipal, industrial and institutional clients.We focus on but are not limited to the rehabilitation, infiltration and inflow (I&I) repair, waterproofing, dampproofing and corrosion protection via coating of potable water and wastewater processing structures and facilities including: Collection Systems, Headworks, Secondary Containment Units, Clarifiers, Digesters, Manholes, Lift Stations, Wet Wells, Valve Vaults with interior pipes valves and steel structures, Interceptors, Pump Stations, Water Tanks, Filtration Tanks, Poured in Place Concrete, Pre-Cast Concrete, Culverts and Storm Sewer Structures.Our customers include hundreds of municipalities throughout the Midwest, PeopleService Inc in many communities, Minnesota Department of Transportation and Metropolitan Council servicing the Twin Cities area, MAC, Metropolitan Airports Commission MN and Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA). Commercial and institutional customers include IBM, University of Minnesota, the Kerry Group and other property management companies and facility/plant operators.
