The Council truly helps people throughout their entire lives.At the heart of The Council is the Center for Recovering Families, Houstons premier outpatient addiction and mental health treatment facility, changing lives of individuals and their families through holistic programs that heal the body, mind, and spirit. The Center for Recovering Families offers a full spectrum of treatment programs and therapeutic services for adults, adolescents, and children with the goal of helping clients personally recover and rejoin their families in a healthy, loving, and supportive manner.
