• We are a locally owned and operated, licensed In-Home Care Agency. We have been caring for clients in their homes throughout the greater Portland area in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County for 18 years. Our co-founder, Donna White (1937-2000), was in her 30th year as a successful elementary school teacher with the Portland Public School District when she was medically retired. She had become legally blind due to acute diabetes. Soon thereafter, she lost her kidneys; but she was fortunate. She received a kidney transplant. Obviously, she needed help to remain in the comfort of her own home during her recovery. Because she could not find neither an agency nor an individual she could trust in her home to provide the care that she needed, she and her husband, David Ehret, began At Your Home Care, LLC. She knew what qualities of care are necessary and important to someone who wants to be cared for in their home. Today her husband continues the work they began together, maintaining Donna's mission to offer safe, quality care by world-class caregivers to clients in their homes. We personalize our services so that our clients can continue to live safely in their homes to enjoy a quality of life that preserves their dignity, promotes their independence and provides for their mobility.
